What's He Building...?

Blake's working on a group project with a few other post-Grad students at the Glasgow School of Art.

It's a response/ intervention into a piece of Glasgow architecture. Specifically the SECC Tunnel. It's a covered bridge that connects the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Center and the adjacent subway station.

They're going to be doing an "audio tour" of the tunnel as a podcast...

New Image for the GSA Auction

Zoe and I just finished a new collaborative image for the Glasgow School of Art December Auction.

The piece is called: "Do you believe in 'the Hereafter'? Then you know what I'm here after!"

The image is a combination of lithographic printing (the figure in the center) and Pen & Ink Washes.  The background is based from Zoe's landscape photography taken in Iceland.

It's 50cm wide x 70 cm tall, and - of course... looks much better in person.

Hot PInk Iceland

A few more hot pink landscapes. I've made 3 so far, but want to end up with a series of 4 or 6. The landscapes are based on photos I took in Iceland.
