New Work

Researchers at the University of Iowa have recently discovered that there are a series of portals in the Earth's magnetic field, which periodically open and close throughout the day.  These invisible, elusive, and unstable portals are capable of transporting particles at high speed from the Sun's atmosphere's to Earth's, causing geomagnetic storms.

After eating too many Christmas sweets, Blake and Zoe felt compelled to go for an afternoon walkie. After the pair bundled up and went outside, they realized everything was coated in a thick layer of ice.  As soon as she got out the front door, Zoe slipped down the icy steps. Blake noticed the fog and decided the pair should at least take some pictures.  So the afternoon walk may not have happened - but at least they were productive!

Also - random fact, the idea behind "Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde" took its inspiration from a real-life person in Glasgow.
